Abhay Ranjan
Abhay is handling the Security Consultancy and Fire Design for Ackton. He is responsible for business development, customer care and service support functions of the division. He has over 15 years of experience in Automation, Security Management and Control Systems. Graduated in Electrical Engineering, Abhay has also been involved with the design and selling of a number of Intelligent Systems related to Industrial and Building Automation. He has been extensively trained on Fire Alarm, Access Control, Building Automation Systems, CCTV and Security Alarm Systems. With his vast international experience in the field of security, Abhay has successfully embarked on large commercial and industrial projects, including integrated security design of high security projects on Airport Security, Metro Rail Security and Highways apart from security system design for high profile housing complexes. His vision of merging technology with creativity was instrumental in making his presence in the industry a multi-faceted and a reliable person when it comes to specialized Integrated Security System design.

Operations & Logistics
Rahul Pandya
Rahul is the main technical hand taking care of all sorts of problems related to the System functioning. He has the natural instinct to find out the solution whether related to hardware, software or even overall commissioning. He has been imparted professional training on Access Control at American Magnetics, UK, on CCTV at Vicon Industries, UK, on Building Management at Remsdaq Limited, UK, on Fire Alarm at Apollo Detectors, UK, on Security Alarms at ADE, UK and on Intelligent Fire Alarm System by Centralised Electronics, SA. Rahul’s technical experience in this field has made him a demanding figure in the industry in India and Gulf. He handles special assignments even in the Gulf because of his command over entire range of systems.

Security Consultancy
Maj. Rajesh Bhardwaj
Rajesh is the brain behind formulation of security concept design which starts right from conducting a security survey to complete assessment of threat and vulnerability of a facility. He has served as senior instructor at National Security Guard (NSG), an elite national institution for risk analysis, crisis and disaster management. He specializes in Anti-hijack and Airport Security, including Bomb Threat Management and Executive Security. Rajesh had played a key role in successful introduction of electronic security modules as a part of training to the commandos at NSG. He continues to serve the security industry with his knowledge bank and proven skills. Rajesh has the natural instinct to find out the solution whether related to security, safety or emergency handling. He has been imparted technical training on Access Control, Fire Alarm and other Home Alarm Systems. His profound experience in this field has made him a demanding figure amongst the Acktron’s valued clients.

Finance & Accounts
Shaukat Ali
Shaukat is a key member of the team and a supporting pillar of Acktron. His prime area being finance and accounting, he is also responsible for the costing and credit control for Acktron. Shaukat has primarily concentrated his area of business focus in the northern region anchoring in Delhi. Post Graduated in Commerce and with varied experience in the industry, he is considered to be the Source of Information related to complex requirements of the customers. His profound experience and business background has been of great help to the team in successfully handling of projects of any size.

Project Management
Mohit Dhari
Mohit is one of the primary promoters of Acktron and has been associated with the Integration Project industry for about 15 years. He has an exposure of project management both at national and international level. With his wide experience in India and the Middle East, over the years, Mohit has been working for the project specialties market gradually shifting to product promotion through direct networking. Mohit has been responsible for the successful completion of several projects into this industry and has maintained extensive business contacts with many of the industry leaders. His versatile and engineering background in the Executive Management, coupled with his experience in dealing with the same field on a large scale have awarded him a reputation for quality management which are always endured.

Technical Support
Myman Barkataki
Myman made his debut in the field of security and is responsible for the operations and after sales maintenance of the Systems to ensure proper functioning. His vast knowledge in the hardware and electronics environment for over 8 years has given him the confidence in meeting any future challenge for supporting the complete range of systems. Myman is the person who has confidence in his technical capabilities and believes in working with his own hands when it comes to trouble- shooting of complex problems even at board level.

Regional Manager – South
Sudhir Adlakha
Sudhir manages and co-ordinates the execution of projects in the Southern Region, primarily in Bangalore. He is an Electronics Engineer with over 12 years experience in successfully handling of operations Integrated Systems Projects. Sudhir has successfully achieved the targets and also adding new contracts in maintenance which has not only increased the clients’ confidence but also generated many more good references.

Regional Manager – North East
Parimal Singh
Parimal is responsible for operational support in the North-East Region based at Guwahati. He is
also working jointly with the Technical Support Department exclusively for development of software and software related problems. Being a Software Engineer by qualification, his interest and logic thinking provides the right combination for a software development engineer. Parimal has developed very useful software programs to meet the customers' varying needs and to their satisfaction.

Regional Manager – Maharashtra
Datta Wakure
Datta is responsible for the Sales and Operations activities in the Maharshtra Region. He is also involved in all marketing and promotional activities of the Security and Fire Alarm systems, esp. Intelligent Fire Alarm, Access Control and CCTV systems. Graduated in Electronics Engineering and with his experience in Sales and Operations, Datta has been successful in establishing new applications and providing satisfactory solution to the customers’ need.

Regional Manager – Gujarat
Daivesh Pandya
Daivesh is the profit center head for the Gujarat Region. He is effectively managing the operations at sites and specializes in executing time bound projects and has managed many such projects both in his region. His experience in the field of Fire Protection and Security along with his interest and hard work had made him a visible figure in the northern region. With that confidence and support, he has taken up the task of spearheading the Gujarat region of Acktron.
